At VioraMart, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issue with your order, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order if:

- You received a damaged or defective product.

- You received the wrong item.

- The product is significantly different from the description.

To process your request, clear photos or videos of the product and packaging may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

- Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

- Products without original packaging (where applicable).

- Personalized or customized products.

- Gift cards or digital products.

- Products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the product (if required) has been inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, approved refunds will be made via bank transfer or another mutually agreed payment method.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), VioraMart will arrange or cover the return shipping where applicable.

If the return is requested for any other approved reason, return shipping charges may be the customer's responsibility.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled according to this Return & Refund Policy.
